Four terrorists armed with guns and a video camera take Wendy Pfister, Cliff Spaab and Joe Dice hostage for thirty-six days. The group video the events as they happen and the nation is captivated by their gruesome and violent activities. Eventually a showdown results in the freedom of America's latest hero - Cliff Spaab. But he soon finds himself a prisoner once again, but this time it's the media who won't leave him alone resulting in a bizarre climax.
