Jane McDonald - Live in Las Vegas, filmed in July 2001, features Jane performing at the magnificent MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The set included four songs taken from Jane's album, Love At The Movies. Jane McDonald's sensational rise to singing superstardom is legendary. Her meteoric rise to fame commenced in 1995 with the BBC1 documentary series The Cruise, which charted the daily life on a cruise ship where Jane was working as the headline singer. The series was an overnight success in 1998 and a major hit with the viewers, culminating in a special edition centring on Jane's marriage to manager Henrik Brixen.
