General Frank Lewis (Hauer) leads a controversial raid to capture terrorists who have holed up with Philippine rebels. But helicopter pilot Captain Amy Jennings (Randle) and her crew are shot down over enemy lines, compromising the mission. In order to rescue her, Lewis has chosen the best man for the job, Lt.
