The original restored 1925 film. Professor George Edward Challenger makes an astonishing claim to the Royal Geographical Society in London that a 'Lost World' exists populated by prehistoric creatures not seen on earth for 50 million years. His colleague Professor White, first presented the theory but died on a previous expedition. To prove his point Professor Challenger mounts an expedition and the group - a reporter, a game hunter and Professor White's daughter Amanda - set off on a journey to the edge of the earth...
