A sexually-confused young man finds himself an unwilling observer of a murder in Paris. The following day, his opera diva mother informs him that the father he never knew was killed the previous night! Realising he was witness to the last moments of his estranged father's life, he embarks on a riotous quest through the classifieds, cafes and boulevards of Paris to solve the mystery surrounding his father's death.
