Ivan heads for Kingston in the hope of cutting a record, but soon he discovers that the place is full of rip-off artists. He finds the music business is run by just one man who decides everything that happens, from who cuts the discs to who has their music played on the radio. He takes a job as a delivery man but soon the same sort of set up but this time the chain of corruption goes all the way to the chief of police.
