Marilyn Monroe - Love Nest Movie
Jim Scott (William Lundigan) is an aspiring writer who, together with his wife Connie (June Haver), buy an apartment building and move into the basement. Scott's hopes to keep financially solvent are thwarted by the everyday problems associated with maintaining the building and ministering to the needs of the tenants. Through his experiences, Jim comes across a con artist, Charley Patterson (Frank Fay), who lands in trouble with the law and relates his life story, thereby assisting Jim in his writing career.
