Leon Phelps is a sweet-natured, inexplicably irresistible love expert who tries to solve the world's romantic problems with hilarious results. When Leon and his lovely producer lose their radio show, Leon figures things can't get much worse. He then receives a letter from an old flame promising a lifetime of wealth and happiness he figures things are looking up. The only problem is, he doesn't know which 'sweet thing' sent him the letter!
