In 1952, Derek Bentley, a simple-minded 19-year old, was hanged for the murder of a policeman during a robbery. His partner Christopher Craig who fired the gun was only jailed, being still a minor. An atmospheric and ultimately harrowing attempt to explain what really happened that rainy night on a dark rooftop. The title is taken from the words Bentley shouted to Craig.
