Billy Madison is heir to Madison Hotel millions but all he has done for the last ten years is spend spend, spend. He's enjoyed boozing and plenty of women. When his father informs Billy that he is going to turn his fortune over to the vice president/weasel, Billy decides its time to go back to school and earn his grades in 24 weeks.
