The Third Street Elementary School kids join together to save the summer vacation for kids all over the world. T.J. Detweiler and his friends are off to summer camp when they discover that their crazy former principal, Dr. Benedict, is planning to use a laser beam to alter the weather and create a permanent winter. Faced with the threat of year round school the 'Recess' gang band together to fight their evil foe.
